Renovating an occupied home is as much about planning as it is about building. We scope the job in writing, sequence the trades so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom for as long as possible, and give you a realistic program with the key dates marked. Structural changes, new layouts, flooring, joinery, tiling, painting, electrical and plumbing are all coordinated by us, so there is one number to call when you have a question.
Bathrooms and kitchens are the two rooms where poor waterproofing and bad planning cost the most later. We strip back to frame where needed, correct falls and drainage, waterproof to standard with documentation, then tile, install joinery and fit off. A standard bathroom typically runs three to four weeks on site depending on selections and trade availability, and we confirm your timeline before demolition starts.
Office, retail, hospitality and medical fit outs are scheduled around your opening hours and your landlord's requirements, including after hours and weekend work where a building requires it.
